Our biggest client is the Australian Defence Force. Our team includes former service men and women making the often-challenging transition from Defence to civilian life and we are privileged to support them on this journey.

We have a larger than industry average cohort of female employees and are proud to employ First Nations people. We want more women to choose construction as a career.

We support the National Association of Women in Construction’s core policy: to achieve 25% minimum female participation across the construction industry by 2025. Currently, the figure is just 12%.

TVN On-Country celebrates its Indigenous heritage and is proud to create a culturally safe workplace for First Nations Peoples to grow and develop.

We aim to empower the next generation of First Nations construction workers to create economic parity for themselves and their families.
