We founded and continue to support this Wodonga-based not-for-profit which provides employment and career pathways for First Nations youth into the construction sector.

On-Country Pathways began as a pilot project within our company to provide a pipeline of Indigenous talent for the construction industry and was formally launched as a separate entity in June 2022.

Several of our young team members are participants in the program which offers culturally safe work experience placements and job placement support programs.

The charity also provides a driver-mentor program, staffed by First Nations people, that helps young mob achieve their 120 hours of supervised driving and includes wheel changing and general vehicle maintenance training.

R U OK? Day and Mates in Construction

In Australia, we lose a construction worker every second day to suicide. We have staff who are trained mental health first aiders to provide help where it might be needed.

We participate in R U OK? Day each year and actively promote the importance of checking in on a mate regularly on our sites and in our offices.

Veteran Employment Program

We are signatories of the Commonwealth Government’s Veterans’ Employment because we recognise the significant skills and values that veterans can bring to our business and we want to provide opportunities for them and their families.
