Our Identity

We are a majority First Nations owned and operated construction, project management and procurement business based in Wodonga on the Victorian/New South Wales border.

Our business was created in a rumpus room in a house in Albury in 2017 by three friends – proud Wiradjuri man Jebb Hutchison, best mate Gareth VanNoort and mutual friend Jonathon Whelan, who previously worked with Gareth in the construction industry.

We have offices around Australia and employ more than 50 people.

Diversity is our superpower – our team reflects our community. We are proud to employ First Nations people, Australian Defence Force veterans and people with disabilities.

Almost a third of our awesome team is female – the construction industry average is 12%.
